Designs in Hangzhou are basically similar to those in Beijing -- a platform mounted over the rear wheels. But the platform on the Hangzhou model has sides and it rides lower on the wheel base, providing larger carrying capacity.

The Hangzhou model is large and it's not  easily maneuverable in the congested market areas. So most vendors unload their carts at their market stall before the market opens and park their bike outside.
