Farmers can hire Resident Agents to sell their produce at the wholesale markets. These agents, usually from the same locale as the farmers, moved into the city to stay full-time at the wholesale market as the farmer's agent.

Resellers are individuals, who buy from the wholesale markets and resell at "free market" centers. No licenses or registrations are required and the average start-up cost is simply the cost of a bicycle and a bicycle-load of produce.
