3. Resellers

No resale license is required to buy at the wholesale markets and the minimum purchase requirement is basically what can be loaded on the back of a bicycle. With fairly liberal access to wholesale markets, a profusion of one-man resellers has sprung up.  A reseller only needs a bicycle and enough cash to buy a bicycle-load of produce and they're in business! There are an estimated 90,000 resellers operating in Beijing today!
