Roving Markets & Roving Vendors

Beijing's wide boulevards and wide sidewalks make it relatively easy for roving vendors to set up temporary shops in most of the residential areas in downtown Beijing, hoping to catch business as residents come and go It's difficult for the police to catch them.

  Itinerant vendors set up a market in a rural area for a few hours. They pay a local management fee of US$ 0.60 at each stop.
