Hubei Collective Market
This is a more typical all-day free market in Beijing in an apartment
complex. It was named for the residents of the area who came mainly from Hubei
Province. Vendors pay a comprehensive fee of RMB450 monthly fee (US $ 54) to participate
in this market. The government is now beginning to require resellers to be licensed,
though not all of them are willing to comply with rules.
