Shredded Coconut Rolls

These are literally called "7-color shredded coconut balls".  They are made with a steamed glutinous rice flour, which gives them a soft texture, and topped with multi-colored sprinkles.  Each 2" diameter ball costs RMB 1 (US$0.12), relatively expensive for their size.
